Individual therapy can help you to better understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviours as well as learn new skills to cope in order to navigate mental health obstacles more effectively. Together we will collaborate to create a customized treatment plan to meet your unique wellness needs and goals. Referrals may be self-initiated or by a health professional.

The relationship you have with your therapist is vital to helping you to get the most from therapy. The individual therapy process usually begins with a free 15 minute consultation appointment where we can discuss your needs and explore if we are a good fit.
